For us to fully understand your property’s air conditioning requirements, we offer a FREE site survey.

Our site surveys last no more than 30 minutes and allow our engineers to recommend the most suitable air conditioning solution for your property.

During the site survey, we will see the layout of your property and be able to identify the best place to house the condenser unit. We will also be able to discuss the best way of optimising air circulation.

We can offer site surveys in two ways:

Book An ONSITE Survey

If you choose this option, an engineer will attend your property at a time convenient to you and will survey the property for its suitability for the types of air conditioning we offer.

Whilst on-site, they will measure up and identify the best way to install our solutions into your property. This will enable us to provide you with a detailed quote.

The engineer will also be on-hand for you to speak to directly and will be able to assist you with any questions you may have.

We can offer on-site surveys between 6.30am and 12.30pm Monday to Friday to all Greater London postcodes.

Book An OFFSITE Video Survey

We understand that it is not always convenient to have an engineer attend your property. It is not always possible to be available at your property on a weekday morning. For this reason, we also offer remote site surveys by way of a video call.

Using WhatsApp or FaceTime, the site survey will follow the same process as an on-site survey. During this, you will be required to guide the engineer around your property using your mobile device and show them the rooms where you would like air conditioning.

Should you choose this option, you will need a tape measure handy as we may need you to measure certain areas of your property to provide an accurate quote.

Of course, whilst you’re on the call, you will be able to ask the engineers any questions you may have.

Allowing us to work around your schedule, we can book in offsite video surveys at a time convenient to you, including evenings and weekends.
