With an On-Site one of our expert engineers will attend your property to measure up and identify the best way to install our solutions. They will also be on hand to answer any questions you may have.
We offer On-Site surveys between 6.30am and 12.30pm Monday to Friday to all Greater London postcodes.
Using WhatsApp or FaceTime, the Video survey will follow the same process as an On-Site survey. You will need to guide the engineer around your property using your mobile device, showing them the rooms where you would like air conditioning installed (tape measure required).
We can book a Video survey at a time convenient to you, including evenings and weekends.
If you live in an apartment built after 2000, complete our Online Self survey form to get a quote within 72 hours. You will require a tape measure, as you’ll need to provide the dimensions of the rooms and upload pictures or short videos of where to install your air conditioning.
This whole process takes about 15 minutes depending on the number of rooms you need cooled. If you want air conditioning in more than 5 rooms, you’ll need an On-site or Video survey.
