What Happens After You Book?
Step 2. Video Consultation (20 mins)
On the video call you'll walk one of our friendly surveyors through the rooms you'd like cooled, take a few measurements, and discuss where you'd prefer the units to be installed. After the call, we'll send you a tailored quote based on your property.
Step 3. Pre-Installation Survey
Once you’ve accepted our quote, we'll arrange a convenient time to visit your property to confirm all the technical details and make sure there are no surprises on installation day. We'll walk you through exactly what to expect during the installation and answer any additional questions.
Step 4. Installation Day
One of our expert installation teams will arrive as planned to fit your new system with precision and care. We work efficiently and discreetly, keeping disruption to an absolute minimum so you can carry on with your day.
Step 5. Completion & Handover
Once the installation is complete, we'll commission your system, run through how everything works, and carry out all the final checks. We don't leave until we're confident it's running exactly as it should.
