FULL PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We manage the entire installation from beginning to end, survey, design, install, commissioning and handover; we’ll take care of it all. On numerous occasions we liaise directly with the landlord, local council or building control to obtain all of the permissions needed. This leaves you free to continue your day to day activities without the stress, disruption and hassle of managing the installation.

Urban Cooling are experienced in a range of equipment brands, with each manufacturer having specific benefits for certain applications. We are approved installers for Daikin, Mitsubishi, Toshiba and Fujitsu equipment, to name but a few, having met all their requirements in technical ability and service quality.

GUARANTEED WORKMANSHIP

On completion we offer a full maintenance agreement and after sales support backed by warranties, which are extendible in line with the manufacturers terms & conditions for up to three years. All our installations are covered by professional indemnity insurance giving you further peace of mind.

We accept all major debit and credit cards. Whilst payment can also be made via bank transfer should this be easier for you.

We have a large team of qualified air conditioning engineers, so you can be enjoying a cool and consistent temperature in your property quicker than any other supplier on the market. We aim for a 14 day turnaround from order to installation.

No Leftover Holes, Marks or Mess – Guaranteed!

We offer a complete service including making good afterwards. When we retrofit our A/C systems into your property some small holes in the ceiling may need to be cut for access. Our quotes have a making good element to ensure we leave your apartment looking as good as when we entered. In fact, we're so confident in our service that if you're not completely satisfied with the condition of your property following installation, simply email a photo of the issue and we'll either (1) return and fix the problem, or (2) refund the amount we charged to make good your property, enabling you to cover the cost of any repairs. The same cannot be said for other suppliers who will leave it to you, the customer, to make good any holes or marks.
