Please read through the following terms and conditions in order to receive your voucher.
SERVICING VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. These terms and conditions will apply to the acceptance and use of a voucher by you (the customer). We are Urban Cooling Ltd. a company registered in England and Wales under number 08655043 whose registered office is at 55 Second Avenue, Chatham, Kent ME4 5AY with email address info@urbancooling.com; telephone number 01634 406919.
2. To participate in this offer and receive a £50 discount for your next Urban Cooling Air Conditioning Unit service, submit a review for Urban Cooling on reviews.io, Google or Facebook within 7 days of receiving your email invitation. Reviews submitted after 7 days of your email invitation will not be eligible for the discount voucher.
3. This voucher can only be redeemed once per person, and only applies to your next servicing of an Urban Cooling installed system.
4. Voucher is only valid to be redeemed against Urban Cooling supplied and installed systems. It cannot be used when serving products installed and/or supplied by other providers.
5. Only 1x voucher can be redeemed per service, per property, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
6. Once your review has been completed and approved, you will receive your £50 discount code via the same email address within 14 days.
7. Your voucher cannot be exchanged for any monetary value or transferred to anyone else.
8. Voucher is only valid to be used by the customer who submitted the review, for a service at the property the unit was originally installed at by Urban Cooling.
9. Vouchers are valid for 12 months after the date of receipt. Any vouchers not redeemed in this timeframe will become null and void.
10. Urban Cooling reserves the right to change or amend these terms and conditions.
