We'll arrange a quick 20-minute video consultation with one of our specialist surveyors (via FaceTime or WhatsApp). During the call, you'll simply walk them through the rooms you'd like cooled, take a few measurements together, and show where you'd like your units installed. This will also be the time to ask any questions you may have.

From this consultation, your surveyor will prepare a prepare and send you an accurate quote tailored specifically to your property.

Step 3. Pre-Installation Survey

Once you’ve accepted our quote, we'll arrange a convenient time to visit your property to confirm all the technical details.

Step 4. Installation Booking

With everything ready to proceed, we'll confirm your final price, arrange your deposit payment, and book in your installation date.

Step 5. Installation Day

One of our expert installation teams will arrive as planned to fit your new system with precision and care.

Step 6. Completion & Handover

Once the installation is complete, we'll commission your system, run through how everything works, and carry out all the final checks.

Step 7. Warranty & Ongoing Support

We send you all warranty documents, giving you complete confidence that your system is fully covered. We'll also add you to our maintenance programme.
